This new platform now delivers familiar capabilities with a modern, user-friendly interface designed to enhance your experience.

What you need to know:

•          Employer groups can start using the new online employer center (OEC) on Saturday, August 31, 2024.

•          The previous portal, @YourService (AYS), will be available until September 13, 2024.

•          You can log in to the new OEC using your existing credentials.

•          The online eligibility maintenance tool remains unchanged for this rollout, with future enhancements to come.

•          For help navigating the new system, please review the new OEC user guide.

•          The new OEC offers a more streamlined interface with faster navigation while maintaining all the current functionality of AYS.

We’re excited to share some news with you.

AYS (@YourService) employer portal is upgrading to a new and improved platform – the online employer center (OEC)! Our team is enhancing the platform to create a better, more streamlined user experience.

The new online employer center will have a new layout and provide the same key features and access you are familiar with.

What to expect: 

• Employer groups will begin using the online employer center to manage group accounts. The AYS site will be available for some time before it’s turned off and decommissioned. We encourage you to save the new link.  

• The AYS login page will temporarily redirect users to the new online employer center, where their existing credentials will be maintained for future access.

• The online eligibility maintenance site will remain the same for this upgrade.
